Wuhan so that the Revolutionary forces of our Chinese

Revolutionists may be retained under the central control

of the Kuomintang. Wherefore I hope that after their

removal to Wuhan, our Kuomintang and the Government

will be able to hold their authority over all the

members and will not allow themselves to become the

tools of one or two of them. The will of the majority

of its members should be considered the will of the

Kuomintang and it should not be suppressed by one or two persons, who render others unable to act freely or

to understand the true position of the Party. Nor

should the Government and the Party be controlled by an oligarchy, which is free to pervert the propaganda,

that has been used against our foes, to harm our own

Party, and do things which are incompatible with the general opinions of the members and the whole spirit of the Party. If, after the removal of our Kuomintang

and Government to Wuhan, our Party, which was founded by our late President after much toil and hardship, is to become subject to the yoke and oppression of others, be deprived of all its freedom and rendered an ineffective force in our National Revolution, then both I and all you Comrades will be held guilty in the eyes of the Party as well as of our late President. All of you must fully comprehend the circumstances of our Revolution and Kuomintang, and should not be misled by the intrigues or propaganda of a small number of men, or follow them so blindly that the real purposes of our Kuomintang are

lost sight of an disappear.
